Grief & Bereavement
Grief & Bereavement
Loss comes in many forms — divorce, passing of loved ones, pet loss, job loss, identity shifts. I offer nonjudgemental support for all kinds of grief.
Grief, Loss, and Life After Letting Go
Grief is not just about losing a person alone. It can arise from the end of a relationship, a friendship drifting apart, losing a beloved pet, leaving a job that defined you, moving away from a home full of memories, or navigating divorce. Even when we’ve chosen the change, grief can still be real and overwhelming.
I specialise in supporting people through all types of grief and bereavement — both the visible and the invisible kinds. Grief doesn’t follow a neat timeline, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone. Sometimes it shows up as sadness; other times as numbness, anxiety, anger, guilt, or even relief that feels confusing.

- How to adapt your identity and life in the wake of change
There is no “right” way to grieve. There is only your way — and I’m here to walk with you through it.
